Baking in the Kitchen

Oh I've been busy in the kitchen in the morning. I wanted to try the Sweet Buns recipe that I have sourced online recently. It took me a while before I decided to use one recipe that don't call for Bread Improver. Baking bread without the machine is hard work but it gives me a nice rewarding feeling. All your stress is excreted into the kneading, I must say.

So, that was what I've been doing. Want to try it out? It's posted in my new recipe blog, Fad About Food.

jipunabor..i love breads actually, just like my youngest. you and few others gave me inspiration to make them cos i see your breads all look soooo goood.

martini, they are not that difficult. don't worry about mistakes. just try and try, it'll get better just like everything else.

nick - hahaha you should get a Breadou for your office desk. It's a stress ball shaped and smell like bread rolls and other pastry like doughnuts, french loaves, etc. so when you are hungry, give it a good grip..hehehe
