I remembered reading about a stainless steel soap from Lor Mee's blog recently.. Her hubby had gotten it from the states and she said that it rids of any smell from your hands after handling garlic or even fish.
So last week, I decided to purchase one from the household store at the mall. I wanted to try it on durians, but alas, I had been down with sore throat and coughs since a week ago. So I can only try it when I am better.
I wondered if any of you have tried it before? If so, do let me know if it works.

But take care don't hurt your hands...Lee.
Hey constance, how much u get this ?
i tried it this afternoon on garlic. It works! It works! It works!
i washed my hands with soap and smell it. the garlic smell was there. then i washed it with the stainless steel soap and smell it. it was really gone.. amazing!
Err, actually if you try rubbing on any stainless steel things, the smell could go off.
Mmmmm, maybe I should try Wonder life's suggestion....Anyway, I have not seen this soap here yet. Will keep a good look out for it. Is it expensive? And is it heavy? Does it have suds? Sorry am a real forest monkey.

lancynancy - it's just a piece of light metal. no suds. just make sure your hands are clean after washing with soap, then rub rub your hands in this bar and rinse. it works..
coriander dreams - if you can't get it there and need me to send, i do product delivery for some stuff. just let me know.
I have never heard about this soap. I want to have it as sometimes a ususal one doesn't remove strong smells.
