Illegal gambling goes through all sorts of disguise lately. I had just read that the police recently arrested 22 people for gambling in an illegal den that disguised as a funeral wake! These people are really creative, huh. I wonder what other disguises will there be in the future. This happened at Toa Payoh Block 106, Lorong 1. All except two woman (Malaysia and China) are all Singaporeans.
Will illegal dens be lesser once the IR casino starts in Singapore? Will gambling problem gets magnified further? Although there will be restrictions to those into casinos, knowing that the casino is just on the island of Singapore is pretty tempting. sigh...
